The Alicia Macpherson trained Hezacruiser made it back-to-back wins in taking out the isabet.com 0-68 Handicap (1600m) at Seymour on Monday.
Ridden by Matt Pumpa, the three year old gelded son of Promontory Gold, starting from the inside barrier, led from go to whoa.
He defeated the well-backed Miss Phromily and Prinsom.
"He's doing well and he's proved he can handle all types of going. We'll probably give him one more run this prep.," Macpherson said.
Owned by a syndicate of Kilmore area residents, Hezacruiser, has now won two races and a minor placing from eight starts.
